Highway 2 Resurfacing Begins Monday, September 28

HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NOTICE

Pavement Resurfacing on Highway 2 (CSAH 2) between Reeves Road and Wales Road (CSAH 14) is scheduled to begin Monday, September 28.

Traffic Impacts
Highway 2 will remain open to traffic but will be restricted to one lane within the work zone with traffic flagging operations. Expect delays up to 10 minutes.

Work Scope
Hawkinson Construction will be milling off the pavement surface layer and resurfacing the road.

Duration
Milling and paving is anticipated to take approximately 2 weeks. Shouldering, signing and pavement marking will follow, with all work expected to be completed by mid to late October.
